  • Completed a twenty-six-year military career as an active-duty Air Force officer retiring in the grade of Colonel.  Accumulated over 3,300 hours of flight time in a variety of aircraft such as the F-15C and F-16.
  • He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Fighter Weapons School holding various operational flying and staff positions in the Pacific, Europe, and United States, including multiple combat deployments to the United States Central Command Area of Responsibility.  Among his key assignments are duties as fighter squadron commander, strategic planner at US Forces-Iraq, Air Force Liaison to the United States House of Representatives, and fighter wing commander.
  • Following his military career, he served as the national security policy advisor to a senior member of the Senate Armed Service Committee in the United States Senate. In this role he was responsible for shaping national policy on matters related to defense, homeland security, foreign relations, and veteran affairs.
  • Since 2014, he has served as a defense-focused consultant and government relations executive helping a diverse array of American and international companies conduct business with the United States government. He supports clients by assisting with the development and implementation of engagement strategies, providing decision-grade analysis, as well as the access required to achieve favorable corporate outcomes in the defense and national security sector.
